making sounds
Much as I don't want to check against the list of milestone developments for a 6 mth old, I can't help it (especially since it's emailed to me weekly!).
I think we are more than happy and thrilled that he's able to hoist himself up, stand very steadily and walk around the playpen a few rounds (with support from hands on the railing).
He's my little muscle-man!
In the other area of speech development...well, there's definitely much room for exploration. He is rather "talkative" with his babbling. Even if everyone says boys tend to talk much later than girls. My concern is that his babbling consists of non-word-sounding stuff, such as "eh eh eh" or "uh uh uh" (Hmmm...quite phonics actually).
Not exactly "mama" or "dada" sounding. :P
But of course, everything that he babbles amuses us much.
And just now, his random babbling had "OLE" in it!!!!
We were all tickled.
Espeically daddytehpeng, as you can all imagine.
Now, we wait for a repeat performance but he is back to his usual dolphin-like babbling.

4 pressed the snooze button:
i feel Lit nat is ggrowing and developing faster :)
Don't worry about the non-words..
Edgar made the same kind of sounds.. it just for a few weeeks and soon they will make another sounds.. looks out for the changes.. I think they must be learning or discovering their vocal...and they even use their fingers to make different sounds from their nouth...
oh..Edgar is repeating some words .like "bear" "bear"...
hoho... so is OLE considered his first word? Actually quite fitting since he was made in spain :)
Maybe his next word is ball!
indeed the smallest soccer supporter ya!! =p
